1. Who we are

SEO Autopilot is an AI-assisted platform for website analysis, content planning, article and image generation, search-performance analysis, and publishing to connected websites. In this policy, “SEO Autopilot”, “we”, and “our” refer to the service available at ai-seoautopilot.com. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We process information that you provide, including your name, email address, account credentials, website and project information, content instructions, support messages, subscription details, and connector settings. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Connector secrets and OAuth tokens are stored in encrypted form.

We also process technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service, such as session data, IP and device information, request timestamps, error records, and activity logs.

3. Google user data

When you choose to connect a Google service, we receive the basic account information shown on the Google consent screen and the authorization tokens needed to maintain that connection. For Google Search Console, we request read-only access and process selected property details, search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, and reporting dates. If you separately connect Google Analytics 4, we process read-only property, landing-page, engagement, and event statistics.

We use Google user data only to provide the features you request: authenticate your account, let you select a property, display and synchronize search or analytics information, identify content opportunities and possible cannibalization, and improve the content plan for your own project. We do not use Google user data for advertising and do not sell it.

We share Google user data only with infrastructure providers acting on our behalf when necessary to operate and secure SEO Autopilot, or when required by law. We do not allow people to read this data except when you request support, it is necessary for security or legal compliance, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

SEO Autopilot’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, personalize, and secure the service.
• Analyze websites and search data, generate content and images, and publish through connectors you enable.
• Process subscriptions and enforce plan limits.
• Send account, password-reset, article, publication, security, and service messages.
• Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

5. AI and third-party services

Project instructions and relevant website or article content may be sent to AI providers to generate analyses, text, or images. If you activate a CMS, analytics, email, or other connector, the information required for that operation is sent to the provider you selected. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We disclose only what is reasonably necessary for the requested feature.

6. Legal basis

Depending on your location, we process information to perform our contract with you, based on your consent, to comply with law, and for legitimate interests such as operating, improving, and protecting the service. You may withdraw consent for an optional connection at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

7. Storage and retention

Account and project information is retained while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. OAuth tokens are retained until you disconnect the integration, revoke access with the provider, or delete the relevant account or project. Operational logs, transaction records, and backups may be retained for a limited period for security, recovery, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably required.

8. Security

We use access controls, transport encryption, password hashing, encrypted secret storage, logging, and restricted production access. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a unique password, protect your connected accounts, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and rights

You may update account and project information in the service, disconnect a Google or other integration, and revoke Google access in your Google Account. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to processing. Send a request from your registered address to [email protected]. We may verify your identity before acting.

10. Cookies and sessions

We use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for sign-in, session security, language settings, and core service operation. We do not use Google user data for advertising cookies.

11. International processing and children

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers. SEO Autopilot is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.

12. Changes and contact
