Legal information
Terms of Service
These terms govern your access to and use of SEO Autopilot. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
SEO Autopilot provides website analysis, content planning, AI-assisted article and image generation, scheduling, search-data analysis, and delivery to supported third-party platforms. Features and limits depend on the selected plan and available integrations.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, activity under your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized use. Do not share passwords, application passwords, private keys, or tokens through support chat.
3. Your websites, content, and permissions
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to analyze each website, submit source materials, connect third-party accounts, and publish content. You retain your rights in materials you provide. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use generated output. You grant us a limited permission to process your materials only as needed to operate and improve the requested service.
4. AI-generated output
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing facts, claims, rights, links, regulatory requirements, and publication settings. SEO Autopilot does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, indexing, or acceptance by any platform.
5. Integrations
Third-party services such as Google, CMS platforms, analytics providers, and payment or email providers are governed by their own terms. You authorize us to send requests and process data through an integration only when you enable it. Availability may change when a provider changes its API, permissions, policies, or service. You may disconnect integrations at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use SEO Autopilot to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware, spam, fraud, harassment, or deceptive content; bypass access controls or plan limits; interfere with the service; probe systems without permission; resell account access without authorization; or submit secrets to fields not intended for credentials. We may restrict activity that creates legal, security, or operational risk.
7. Subscriptions and payment
Paid features are provided for the period, price, currency, taxes, renewal terms, and limits shown before purchase. You authorize the payment provider to charge the displayed amount. Cancellation stops future renewal but does not erase work already completed. Refunds, where available, follow the checkout terms and mandatory consumer law. Plan limits and unused capacity do not automatically carry over unless expressly stated.
8. Service availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Processing may be delayed by maintenance, queues, network failures, providers, website protections, or force majeure. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects a paid service where practicable.
9. Intellectual property
SEO Autopilot and its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of the platform.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, material breach, abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. When access ends, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive, including payment obligations, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, remain effective.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties. SEO Autopilot is not professional legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, third-party platform actions, or decisions made from generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
12. Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms and will identify the current effective date. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate. Applicable mandatory law and any valid agreement with you govern disputes; mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Questions and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
